1. Shipping Coverage

We ship orders across Pakistan, including urban and rural areas, via trusted courier services such as:

  • TCS

  • Leopard Courier

  • Pakistan Post

  • Call Courier (or as agreed with the customer)

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Punjab & Nearby Cities: 1–3 working days

  • Major Cities Nationwide: 2–5 working days

  • Remote Areas: 4–7 working days

Note: Delivery time may vary based on courier service, weather, or road conditions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are based on weight, volume, and location.

  • Charges will be clearly communicated at the time of order confirmation.

  • Free shipping may be available for large or bulk orders (T&C apply).

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most locations in Pakistan. Some remote areas may require advance payment.

6. Order Tracking

Once shipped, we’ll share your tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp so you can track your parcel online.

7. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If you receive a damaged parcel or suspect items are missing:

  • Please do not accept the parcel if it’s visibly damaged
