1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received the wrong item or the product is damaged during delivery
- The item is defective or not as described
- You notify us within 3 days of receiving the item
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns on:
- Used or installed parts
- Electrical or electronic components
- Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
- Customized or special-order items
3. How to Request a Return

Please include:
- Your order number or invoice copy
- Reason for return
- Photo or video proof (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved returns will be refunded via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 5–7 business days
- If the issue is our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we’ll cover return shipping costs
- If the return is due to buyer’s change of mind, shipping costs are non-refundable
5. Exchanges
We allow exchanges only if the item is:
- In stock
- Returned in original condition
- Exchange is requested within the 3-day window
Shipping charges may apply for the new item.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once the item is dispatched, the standard return policy applies.
